About the project
Goals Improvement of the existing equipments in the steel making unit to increase the quantity and the quality of the molten metal production
Project details – Improvement of the electric arc furnaces number 1& 2 of module A and furnaces number 7&8 of module B
– Making fundamental changes in material charging systems, dedusting, water cooler, different parts of the furnace and lime charging system
– Adding a 320 ton crane to the casting hall, a 110 ton crane in the ladle repair hall, provision and installation of 2 transfer cars to carry the empty ladle and provision and installation of 4 vertical stations of ladle preheater
– Increasing molten steel production to 4.2 million tons per year
