Goals Establishing refined alloy steel melting and casting unit with the capacity of 120 thousand tons per year to provide the required ingot of rotary forging and press units of Esfarayen steel complex
Project details – Foreign supply equipment weigh 2000 tons and local portion equipment weigh 5000 tons
– Total steel structure weight: 5000 tons
– Melting and casting hall area:23500 m2 , melting hall 62 foundations, casting hall: 66 foundations, roof and body coverage: 36308 m2
– 12 cranes of 8-160 tons in melting & casting halls, 2 jib cranes, 2 EOT cranes in raw water and cool water treatment plants, 11 monorail cranes
– Concreting 45800 m2, reinforcement 2300 tons, formwork 54300 m2, earthwork 41000 m3
